    Description: 
    A three acre site along the water's edge contains a tiled plaza area bordered by boulders and honey locust trees that frame sculptural elements such as --a circular wooden dock, or jetty, with a roof of wooden beams and a wooden bridge cutting across the center; a pier-like installation with rows of pilings; and an elevated steel walkway that curves in a two-level spiral.
