    Description: 
    A fountain with a heroic-sized female figure (symbolizing the power of water) set on a pedestal atop an oblong concrete pool. The southern wall of the pool is decorated with figures in bas-relief showing young and old hastening to drink from a waterfall.

    The sculpture was commissioned under the Public Works Administration Program. In 1966, the fountain was filled in with dirt and grass.
