Inscription:  unsigned Description:  Chain link fence surrounding a three-sided electrical substation with layers of suspended screen behind. The screens are colored red, yellow and green and have various geometric shapes and patterns which can be seen through the fence. Patterns include lightning bolts and abstract houses with electricity running to them. Also included in the installation are cut-out shapes in a pre-existing concrete wall to allow pedestrians to view into the substation's interior areas.
