    Description: 
    Three standing manatees are in a grouping located in a shopping pedestrian square. The area radiates out into four quadrants, with the manatees located in three of them, and a planting bed and commemorative plaque in the fourth. The manatees each wear a short-sleeved tropical shirt and have a large shopping bag by their side. One has a yellow shirt with a blue palm tree pattern, with a blue bag. Another has a pink shirt with a blue fish pattern, with an orange bag. The last manatee has a blue shirt with a pink star pattern, with a yellow bag.
