Remarks:
Title supplied by Inventory cataloger.
Frank W. Bail and his company were the architects of the Juvenile Court buildings. Italian Fresco and Decoration Company was awarded a contract for the decoration of the buildings probably in 1932, cost not to exceed $10,000. Incoming SOS! report notes existence of photograph dated April 19, 1932 showing building in progress with some sculpture already in place over entrance (photocopy in IAS files). IAS files contain further information pertaining to the dimensions and precise locations of individual reliefs in the series.
