Figure of St. Ann adorned in loose drapery stands with her proper right hand extended outward and her proper left hand grasping the hand of a small girl. She looks down to her proper left at the child who stares up at her. The child's proper left hand is across her chest. The figures rest on a stone base and there is a semi-circular stone wall just behind them.

Sculpture was purchased in September 1991 by Rev. Sean Hogan with funds donated by a friend of Duquesne University. The Physical Plant of Duquesne University constructed the semi-circular stone wall behind the figures.
