    Description:
An abstract sculpture composed of a central, sixteen foot steel pole which supports a two-tiered, rotating arrangement of pipes and cone. The rotating part of the sculpture is made of four pairs of pipes joined in an X-arrangement. Cones attached at the ends of the pipes trap the beach breeze causing the X-arrangement to rotate clockwise. Simultaneously, the central organizing structure rotates, as four stationery pipes with cones trap the same breeze and cause it to rotate in a counter-clockwise motion. These configurations are divided between two tiers. A golf ball is suspended on a pipe behind each X-arrangement. As the sculpture moves, the golf balls hit resonance plates creating soft chime tones. The exteriors of the cones and the pipes are painted a cream color; the interiors of the cones are painted either blue, red, or cream-yellow. The sculpture is mounted on a cylindrical concrete base.
