    Description: 
    Three construction workers on steel beams. The figure at the top is standing with his proper right arm extended and is touching the beam on his proper right side. His proper left arm is raised upward. The second worker is sitting on a horizontal beam with his legs straddling the beam. One of his arms is extended forward and is touching a beam that is perpendicular to the one he is sitting on. The third figure has both arms extended forward touching a beam. One leg is raised above the other as if he is climbing the beam.
