    Description: 
    Three figures, each located in its own large niche on the second floor of the club building. The central male figure holds a shield in proper left hand. The motto of the Illinois Athletic Club is on the shield. In his proper right hand he holds a sword. The side female figures are heralds with trumpets. One of the heralds holds out a crown of wild olive.
