    Three-quarter-length portrait of Catharine Hendrickson (1753-1835) standing in a landscape. She holds a fan in her right hand and two flowers in her left hand. A pot of flowers is at left and three wild birds (robin, cardinal and dove) are in the background. The dove flies at right with an olive branch in his mouth.
