    Remarks: 
    The artist was a fine arts student at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, and the sculpture was part of the 1989 exhibit "Seven Young Men: LSU Sculpture," at x-art gallery, New Orleans. The sculpture was purchased from the gallery in 1989. IAS files contain newspaper article from Times-Picayune (New Orleans, LA), June 16, 1989, Art sect., pg. 16; and sculpture inventory sheet from Little River Bluffs.
