    Description: 
    A cutout silhouette of a cowboy, dressed in fringed pants and a wide-brimmed hat, stands attached to a mailbox pole at his front and a railing-type fence decorated with lettering and figures at his back. He extends his proper left hand and lifts his proper left leg, resting his foot on the lower section of the mailbox pole. A miniature horse rearing up on its hind legs is attached to the front of the pole directly under the mailbox.
