    Description: 
    An artificial grotto with the lower center hollowed-out to shelter an altar. A niche in the upper right holds Mary, standing with her hands together in prayer. In front of the grotto, St. Bernadette kneels, facing Mary. She wears a peasant dress and holds a bouquet of flowers in her proper left hand. St. Bernadette kneels atop a three-tiered base.
