    Remarks: 
    Cost was of $7,000 was partially funded by Arkansas Arts Council's Apprentices in the Arts program, which was designed to place disadvantaged, unemployed young people, like assistants Tony Tillman and Marc Grois, with acknowledged artists. The federal money was part of a matching grant, and the school's Art Club earned $400 by painting a mural for the Nelson Wilkes Elementary School and by collecting donations from Magic Mart and Marchant Lumber Company.
