Inscription:  unsigned Description:  Three dolphins, one with a small, nude boy on its back, are placed around two concentric, circular, water spouting units. The fountain is placed in a circular raised flower bed. The dolphins were created by Franci Schoenfield and cast in Lyons, Illinois. The fountain and surrounding landscape were designed by Joseph J. Lynch. The fountain was constructed by John Grand.
