Remarks:
The sculpture was commissioned by Brevard County's Festival of the Arts to create a public sculpture for the college campus. The sculpture was constructed on Festival Weekend, April 23-25, 1981. The artist was assisted by Graham and Stearns, graduate fine arts students at the University of Florida. IAS files contain copies of related articles from The Today Newspaper, April 20 and 28, 1981.
