    Description: 
    A jockey riding a horse in full gallop. The jockey figure is in racing position holding the reins with his proper left hand and a whip raised to shoulder length position in his proper right hand. The sculpture is mounted on a base and enclosed by a low spiked fence.

    Remarks: 
    With each new Arkansas Derby winner, the statue is repainted in the colors of the winner, the title of the statue changes, and the inscription on the plaque on the base is changed to record the current year's winning horse and jockey. Rockamundo was the 1993 Arkansas Derby winner. IAS files contain transcription of plaque on base that contains the name of the 1993 Derby winner and other information. IAS files also contain a related article from the Oaklawn 1994 Media Guide, pg. 7.
