    Description: 
    A folk art display with whimsical bird-like creatures made of discarded garden tools, auto parts, and Freon bottles. The Overseer is a bird sitting on a tree made of pipe and welding rods, as branches and leaves. The tree is painted yellow and green. The caterpillar is made of Freon bottles welded end to end in a curvilinear form and painted bright yellow.
