    Description: 
    Three sail-shaped metal pieces set on a pentagonal base. Each piece is set on the edge with the top of each piece attached to a pole near the center on the base. All three are different heights, yellow is the smallest, next red and finally blue. The yellow and blue pieces have a "v" shape which echoes the shape of the piece at the bottom. The pieces move in the wind.
