    Remarks: 
    The sculpture was commissioned by William E. Zimmie, president of engineering firm Zimmite Corp., and husband of the artist's sister. The sculpture cost $25,000.
    A miniature version of the full scale work sits directly in front of it. Brass plate on miniature reads: MINIATURE SCULPTURE IS A 1/12 SCALE VERSION OF THE JABLONSKI SCULPTURE A GIFT OF THE ZIMMITE CORPORATION LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE VIEWER. THIS SCALE MODEL WAS COMMISSIONED BY MR. AND MRS. THOMAS T.K. ZUNG IN TRIBUTE TO NOLA M. GUZZETTA'S HUMANITARIAN INSTEREST IN PROVIDING FOR THE BLIND A VISION OF ARTISTIC AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN THROUGH TOUCH. DEDICATED MAY 18, 1976 IN COOPERATION WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF AKRON CHAPTER OF DELTA GAMMA.
