    Description: 
    Two bronze cormorants sitting on a granite boulder. The two birds' faces are turned towards each other; the bird on the proper right sits slightly higher and behind the other.

    Remarks: 
    The city paid $3,950 for the sculpture. The artist was assisted by many friends who helped with mold-making, plaster-spreading, bronze-pouring and other odd jobs related to the creation of the sculpture. IAS files contain copies of related articles from the Port Angeles Daily News, April 29, 1980; Sept. 29, 1981; and Oct. 29. 1981. The sculpture originally had a black oxidized bronze coloring. It was cleaned and recoated in 1981.
