    Remarks: 
    The senior class of 1988 purchased the Spruce logs from a mill in Forks, Washington. Rich Boyd carved the sign, Mike Frick and his students assisted with anchoring of the sign, and Ed Backer helped with the cement foundation and forms for the stanchions. IAS files contain a related article from the Port Angeles School District's publication Visions 5 (Winter 1989): pg. 1.
