    Description: 
    Atop a base of vertically-standing brick pavers is a concrete and tile sculpture replicating the seals of Pueblo, Colorado and Puebla, Mexico, topped by a steel eagle, with outstretched wings. Two large serpent heads extend on either side of the seals.
