    Remarks: 
    Monuments marks the position held by the 14th Vermont Volunteers prior to its advance on July 3, 1863 to enfilade Wilcox and Perry as they advanced in support of Pickett. The monument is listed on the National Park Service List of Classified Structures (referred to as MN 253) and is referenced in the Gettysburg National Military Park Archives, vol. 37. The total cost of the monument was $1,650, which included six markers as well.
