Description:
Three art deco relief panels on facade of building depicting allegorical figures of Light, Electricity and Energy. Light is a female figure in a form-fitting dress and long hair. She is set against a backdrop of planets, the sky and stars. Her head is thrown back and her proper right arm is raised over her head. Electricity is a male figure with very short hair and a bare chest. Facing the front, he holds lightning bolts in both outstretched hands. Energy is a nude male figure seen from behind. He also has very short hair and is turning a large wheel.
