    Description: 
    A bald eagle with outstretched wings sits atop a octagonal-shaped base. The base is stepped at the top leading to the sculpture. A five foot circular hedge surrounds the base.

    The sculpture was installed by the Town of Westford to honor its citizens who served in wars from the Colonial period through World War I. The sculpture cost $6,000. IAS files contain transcriptions of the six remaining plaques on base.
