    Sculpture: approx. 7 ft. x 13 ft. 8 in.; Base: approx. 4 ft. x 25 ft. 8 in.
    Description: 
    "Sculpture is on top of U.S. Customs House facing east. Two neoclassical female figures flank a central oval medallion with stars and stripes. Figure on proper left holds a staff with two snakes coiled around it in her proper left arm. Figure on proper right holds a two-handled vase in her proper right arm. Both figures are looking down and are wearing long, classical-style tunics. Figure on proper right has her proper left arm resting on the center medallion and her proper left leg extended."
    "Figure on proper left has proper right arm resting on medallion and proper right leg extended. The center medallion has shell-like elements at sides and on top and bottom. There is a garland-like element of leafy designs at the base of the medallion. There are wreath motifs on either side of the base."
