    Description: 
    Mosaic marble relief of the Spanish coat of arms set into a brick wall. The coat of arms consists of an eagle with spread wings, a crown, a pair of columns and a shield divided into four segments with symbols including lions and castles. Ribbons with text are placed horizontally behind the eagle's neck, along the bottom, and around each column. There are four bronze plaques on the wall: one on either side of the relief, and the other two on the back of the wall.
