    Description: 
    A relief installed on the facade of a levee wall contains from the bottom up, waves, lily pads with flowers, bluffs, waterfowl in flight and clouds.

    Remarks: 
    The relief for the levee wall, and the wall itself, were funded through an Army Corps of Engineers Flood Control Project for a total of $60,000. The relief was cast from a 25 foot master panel in wood, which was later given to St. Mary's College in Winona. The wall is sometimes flooded in the spring. IAS files contain articles from the Post-Bulletin Spectrum, Oct. 12, 1982 and the Winona Daily News, April 29, 1990.
