    The sculpture, done after a print or sketch by Judy DeHart, was a gift of Operation Gateway. IAS files contain transcription of nearby plaque, which gives 1976 as design and fabrication date. IAS files also contain dedication pamphlet which gives information related to the funding and creation of the surrounding park, dedicated June 14, 1975.
