Medium:  Sculpture: bronze; Base: concrete. Dimensions:  Sculpture: approx. H. 240 in. W. 216 in.; Base: approx. H. 78 in. (28,000 lbs.). Description:  Abstract sculpture consisting of three interlocking curves which represent the interdependence of people, government, and industry. Sculpture rests on a circular base. Subject:  Abstract Object Type:  Outdoor Sculpture -- Pennsylvania -- Philadelphia Sculpture Owner:  Administered by Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Located South Penn Square, Three Mellon Bank Center at 15th & Market Streets, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Remarks:  SOS! surveyor was not able to complete the condition portion of the survey because the sculpture was fenced off due to a fire in the adjacent building. Sculpture was commissioned jointly by Girard Bank and Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company. The artist was assisted by apprentice Tom Cullen, who helped the artist grind and polish the final cast by hand.
