    Remarks: 
    Commissioned for $28,000 by the Portland Development Commission. Sculpture was created to screen a sewage pumping station and as a backdrop for a stage, and it is fenced on one side to prevent public access to the pumping station. Poet Tom Culberton and artist Jeff Tolbert helped the artist with the creation of this sculpture. Hugh Mitchell is the landscape architect of Riverfront Plaza.
