Inscription:  (Under subject's proper left leg:) Philbrick Crouch 1940 signed Description:  A nude female figure, kneeling on proper left knee. The figure's arms and hands are held in front of her chest as if in a dance step. Her hands are bent upward at the wrists. The figure's hair is in a short page-boy style, as in Art Deco fashion. The figure is on a circular base atop a circular brick platform.
