    Description: 
    Six bas-relief panels show various progressions of milk production from milking cows to processing. A seventh high-relief center panel has three cows drinking from a projecting drinking fountain, from which water overflows into two semi-circular tiers to a rectangular pool below.

    Remarks: 
    Project completed as artist-in-residence project with student assistance. Funded through a federal PWA (Public Works of Art) grant and National Youth Assistance funds. Professor Paul E. Cox oversaw firing of the pieces. When the sculpture was installed the building was known as the Dairy Industry Building. The sculpture was nominated for the National Register of Historic Places in Oct. 1985.
