    Description: 
    Four obelisk-shaped columns each topped with an American eagle which measures 4 ft. x 4 ft. A lion's head is set in each of the four sides of each column's base. On each base there is the Pennsylvania coat-of-arms and a bronze inscription plaque.

    Remarks: 
    The memorial honors the World War I veterans from Bellevue and from the Twenty-Seventh Ward of Pittsburgh. The bronze tablets were placed near the piece on Memorial Day 1925.
