    Description: 
    Two male figures each attempting to tame a rearing horse. The sculptures flank a set of steps at the entrance to the park. The sculpture on the left is a man holding the reins of a rearing horse in his proper left hand; his proper right hand rests on the horse's back. The sculpture on the right is a man holding the horse's bit with his proper right hand; his proper left arm is at his side. Both sculptures rest atop square bases.
