    Description: 
    Fountain consisting of rectangular basin with rectangular form that narrows near its top resting on the back. The form contains the incised inscription and a bust of Frank S. Land in bas-relief. The figure wears a suit and tie, glasses and is balding. This is no longer a working fountain and the basin is filled with dirt and gravel.
