    Description: 
    Landscape with a large manor house and outbuildings, all surrounded by fences. A road is in the foreground with two men directing an ox-pulled cart of hay. An elegantly dressed man and woman and their dog stand in front of the main gate to the house. At far left a girl sits on the gass with her back to the viewer and a dog at her side. She holds the string to a kite which flies high above the scene.
