Description:
The fountain consists of a rectangular granite stele adorned on the front with a square bronze relief panel depicting four classical female figures holding Grecian urns. Below the relief is a semicircular fountain basin. The top part of the granite stele is carved on both front and back with a relief depicting a Grecian urn flanked by scrolls and shells. The bottom part of the granite stele is carved on both front and back with a slender shallow water channel that leads to a small drain.

Remarks:
The fountain is located very close to the roadside and it has been hit by a vehicle at least once, but has been reconstructed twice in the past. In 1979, it was rebuilt in Edward Everett Park after it was found in pieces in Franklin Park. In 1992, it was rebuilt after it was hit by a truck.
