    Description: 
    Pediment is filled with a relief of an eagle with its wings spread standing on top of a globe. It clutches a shield adorned with thirteen stars and thirteen stripes in his proper left claw. A bunch of arrows sticks out of the top of the shield and an olive branch rests below. To the proper right of the eagle is a cornucopia filled with fruits and vegetables. To the proper left of the eagle is a branch covered with oak leaves.
