Sculpture: painted steel; Base: concrete foundation with steel grid below ground level and pavers on top.

Sculpture: approx. H. 17 ft. Base foundation flush with ground: approx. 14 ft. 4 in. x 14 ft. 4 in.

"The sculpture consists of 49 upright posts of 4" x 4" square steel. They are placed 2 ft. apart in rows of 7, beginning with a row at 3'-0" high. Each consecutive row is 2'-4' higher, thus ending with a row at 17'-0" high." The sculpture is painted a bright blue that creates a changing moire pattern of light and shade as you pass by it. The sculpture is placed on a foundation marked in a grid with 4 in. square pavers.
