Sculpture is a giant swing which is suspended by three steel cables attached to girders in the ceiling of the building's front overhang. The semi-circular swing is painted a bright red. The swing moves back and forth, but there are some rubber stoppers hidden under the swing which prevent it from moving more than about three inches in any direction.
