A large stone structure symbolizing a "roofless church" containing rows of trees, benches, fountains, and inscription plaques, where veterans and their families can come to reflect on past wars. The open design of the structure is reminiscent of the ruins in a war zone, and is a symbolic reference to the break in the lives of those who serve during a war, and the families left behind at home.
