Portrait of General Milan Stefanik holding a pair of binoculars. He is dressed in his military uniform, overcoat, and cap. He stands among rocks laced with vines attached to a tree stump. Below the rocks is a pair of wings.

Remarks:
The sculpture cost $10,000. Money for the sculpture was raised through a nationwide campaign conducted by the Slovak League of America. Carabelli Company carved the base at a cost of $15,000.
