    Description: 
    Abstract representation of ritual dance of sandhill cranes. Two curved vertical linear forms rise up from the ground surface. At the top, they spread into a more horizontal shape.

    Remarks: 
    Commissioned by Omaha Airport Authority at a cost of 460,000 dollars for the newly remodelled airport. 80% of the world's population of cranes pass through Nebraska on their annual migration. Sculpture developed cracks and has been repaired by Stinson Conservator (Carter Lake, Iowa). IAS files contain extensive bibliographic citations and related newsclippings.
