Description:
A central sculpture sits on a flat, star shaped brick base with the center filled with white rocks. At the top is a three-sided roof with three flat figures cut out of sheets of steel. Under the roof are 3 copper panels suspended by vertical black poles. In the center, on the ground, are 3 wooden stacked triangles in the center of which is a triangular copper panel with artist signature and names of students and supporters. The central piece is flanked by three smaller pieces, each supported by a 10 ft. high steel pole. The three flanking pieces are curved sheets of steel, each with a human figure cut out of it. The copper panels are etched in graffiti-like style.

Remarks:
Artist collaborated with high school students in the concept, design and fabrication of the sculpture. IAS files contain copy of dedication ceremony pamphlet and the article from the State Journal-Register, May 26, 1988 which describes the dedication.
