    Description: 
    A curved panel with two cut-out silhouettes representing Evansville founders Hugh McGary and Colonel Robert Evans. The two men stand facing each other, extending their hands. One man wears a hat and holds a rifle, the other wears a knee-length coat. The sculpture is mounted on a curved base of granite paving stones.
