    Remarks: 
    Nearby plaque indicates the project was a project of the Phoenix Arts Commission Percent for Art Program, funded by the Storm Sewers Capital Improvement Program. Hamrol was the project artist. Melendrez Associates were landscape architects for the project. T.A. Caid & Sons fabricated the fence bubbles and finials. Buehner and Company fabricated the concrete bubbles. Tucson Spraying Technology color coated the fence bubbles and finials. Red Mountain Mining was responsible for the stonework. Bubbles on the installation have been replaced with disks.
