    The Tin Man stands with his arms partially outstretched and his proper left foot resting on a steel stump. He stands atop a stretch of the Yellow Brick Road inlaid with stones resembling flowers. Embedded in the base are two oil cans.

    Remarks: 
    Commissioned by Ed Lapin, owner of the local Wendy's franchise. Dave Stevens designed and executed original figure. Jim Block designed and built the base and molded the hands after the original chain-mail hands were stolen. Nick Jones helped with the construction.
