    Description: 
    The fountain rises between three masts (tallest 30 ft.), and four smaller ring fountains. Twelve high-relief panels on the surrounding structure and eleven smaller panels on the center structure, include abstract symbols related to the geological history of Tucson, the pre-history of Tucson, and the history of the preservation of water.
